The government authority in Colorado seeks a vendor to provide transportation asset management plan services. The selected contractor will participate in a virtual workshop to collaboratively define goals, design, content, and identify areas for improvement. This workshop may also involve sharing best practices and lessons learned from other agencies.

The contractor will be responsible for developing a schedule and strategy to complete updated graphic design and provide research and narrative features by the deadline. Graphic design responsibilities include creating covers, illustrations, tables of contents, sidebars, charts, tables, photo layouts, captions, page numbers, section pages, appendices, and various new graphics and illustrations.

Additionally, the contractor will undertake research to recommend best practices and improvements for lifecycle plans concerning pavement and bridges. The scope of work includes drafting a lifecycle plan chapter as well as a performance–gap analysis chapter for these asset types. The contract period is for one year, and questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by February 20, 2026.
