(1) Vendor needs to provide transportation and utility engineering services to the government authority located in Port Townsend, WA. – Provide professional services for on–call engineering services associated with the transportation and utility systems. – Task assignments may include: water, sewer, and stormwater system analysis support; small project design and specification development; developer plan review; development of engineering standards; project quality assurance and quality control; grant application support; review of submittals for private development projects or projects. – Task assignments may include: review of small project design by staff or private developer; development of engineering standards; cost estimating; project quality assurance and quality control; grant application support; warrant analysis; review of submittals from development projects or projects. (2) The contract period will be for two years.
