The selected vendor will provide a fully insured, guaranteed cost Workers Compensation insurance program for transit workers with no deductible. Account management services must be described in detail, including the electronic functions available to clients for managing the account.

Vendors are required to identify the representative who will be assigned to the account and provide an organization chart as well as a financial summary of their company, including their Best rating. Additionally, references for three similar accounts must be submitted, detailing the company name, contact person, address, telephone number, and email address for each reference.
