(1) Vendor needs to provide transit ridership software for national transit database reporting. For a comprehensive software system that will enable the City to efficiently and accurately collect, process, and report ridership data from Automatic Passenger Counters (APCs) on its Big Blue Bus fleet to the National Transit Database. • Implement a system that accurately processes Automatic Passenger Counters data for agency reporting • Support Big Blue Bus in obtaining and maintaining agency approval for Automatic Passenger Counters data usage • Documentation of methodologies • Provide comprehensive ridership reporting capabilities for service planning purposes • Integrate with Big Blue Bus existing systems • Implement a solution that is user–friendly, reliable, and maintainable • Current Environment • Scheduling Software • AVL System (2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 27, 2026.
