The City of Ontario, Canada, seeks vendors to obtain rights for sale advertising services on city transit buses and lift vehicles. The contractor will be permitted to sell advertisements and apply exterior vinyl wraps on vehicles, including full wraps that cover passenger windows and the rear door with transparent vinyl that ensures visibility from the inside and displays advertisements on the outside.
Advertising racks are not allowed on the exterior of the buses. Contractors will use provided transit or municipal advertisements as filler in unsold space and will be responsible for both the application and removal of all bus advertising. Access to vehicles for installation and removal will be allowed during negotiated flexible hours.
The contract period will span five years. Vendors are required to submit any questions regarding the RFP no later than April 27, 2026.
Best-fit vendors:
• Experience in transit and municipal advertising
• Ability to manage vinyl wrap installations and removals
• Proven track record with large-scale vehicle advertising campaigns
• Familiarity with Canadian regulatory and municipal requirements
• Flexible operational capabilities to access vehicles during varying hours
