The contracting entity is seeking a vendor to provide revenue-generating commercial advertising services for transit benches located at bus stops. The selected vendor will be responsible for all aspects of exterior advertising sales and bench operations, including bench design, permitting, installation, advertising sales and placement, maintenance, repair, and removal.
The vendor will have the exclusive right to market and place commercial advertisements on all bus benches it maintains within the service area. Unsold advertising spaces must be filled with graphics indicating that the space is available for advertising. Advertisements may be displayed only on the front surface of the bench backrest, and the vendor must obtain, produce, install, maintain, and remove all finished advertising materials.
The contract period will be five years. All questions must be submitted no later than October 6, 2026, and proposals are due by October 20, 2026.
