(1) Vendor needs to provide transit bench advertising services.– Provide revenue–generating transit commercial advertising services for benches at bus stops.– Responsible for all aspects of exterior advertising sales including, bench design permitting, installation, removal of benches and individual advertisements, etc.– Exclusive right to market and place commercial advertisements on all bus benches the Contractor maintains within the service area.– Responsible for securing all copyrights and trademarks associated with ads.– Fill all unsold advertising spaces with graphics on bus bench backs, to indicate the space is available for advertisement.– Bus bench advertisements will only be displayed on the front surface of the backrest.– Obtain, produce, install, maintain, and remove all finished advertising material placed on a bus bench back.– Marketing for and obtaining advertisements.– Designing, producing, permitting, installing, maintaining, and cleaning bus benches and advertisements.– Advertise on the bench before accepting an advertisement from other businesses, services, or for events.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 3,2026.
