A vendor is sought to provide trailer mounted messaging sign supplies. The required signs must be full matrix LED units capable of displaying variable height text with different fonts and graphic messages. Large sign boards should display three lines of 18-inch-high letters, with eight characters per line, while medium sign boards should display three lines of 12-inch-high letters, also with eight characters per line.
The messaging signs should support both wireless and wired communication methods for flexibility. Power requirements include operation from a vendor-supplied solar DC power plant, with standby AC power furnished by the agency. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted by March 4, 2026.
