The scope includes conducting research, hosting public engagement activities, and preparing detailed reports and recommendations. The selected vendor will analyze best practices, academic literature, and peer municipal approaches to trail planning. The final deliverable will be a high-level, city-wide overview that addresses the current trail inventory, geography, demographic trends, urban features, barriers, environmental factors, long-range land use plans, and land ownership to identify new opportunities.
