Vendor needs to provide traffic signal design and construction administration services to the government authority located in Burgaw, NC. Provide for a new traffic control signal. Leadership, staff, engineers, inspectors, and contractors; engage in value engineering, as appropriate; and provide construction administration, project reports, presentations, and project close‐out services as required. Provide high quality services on time and within budget.
