(1) Vendor needs to provide traffic engineering services to the government authority located in Glen Ellyn, IL.– Background, the existing village code does not establish a general default speed limit for roadways within the village. Therefore, the existing prima facie speed limit in the Village is 30 miles per hour in accordance. Provide for adjusted speed limits, but the adjustments only apply to nine individual roadway segments within the village. Background information includes familiarization with the village’s roadway network, existing speed limits, land uses, etc. as well a cursory review of plan. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on January 9, 2026.
