(1) Vendor needs to provide traffic engineering services to the government authority located in AZ.– Provide on–call traffic engineering services to support public works, transportation planning, and infrastructure projects.– Services may include traffic operations analysis, safety evaluations, traffic data collection, and preparation of technical studies and design plans.– Traffic signal warrant studies and analyses in accordance with the manual on uniform traffic control devices.– Traffic safety studies and crash analysis to identify and mitigate high–risk locations.– School zone evaluations and recommendations for improved safety and compliance.– Intersection evaluations, including turn lane needs, capacity analysis, and control type determination.– Preparation of signing and pavement marking (striping) plans in compliance with standards.– Evaluation of traffic calming measures and neighbourhood traffic management strategies for improved safety and efficiency.– Traffic count, turning movement count, and other data collection efforts.– Traffic count, turning movement count, and other data collection efforts.– Traffic flow Modeling and prediction.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 19, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for four years.
