(1) Vendor needs to provide traffic engineering services to the government authority located in Issaquah, WA.– Support of larger capital project efforts or may fill one–time engineering needs.– Conduct traffic studies, corridor analyses, alternatives analyses, and feasibility studies.– Assist city staff in reviewing traffic engineering studies.– Update signal timing plans to implement leading pedestrian interval at tier 1 pedestrian corridors.– Analyze data following timing changes to fine–tune timing plans.– Assist City staff with implementing peer–to–peer functionality.– Prepare and review temporary traffic control plans.– Perform peer reviews for traffic signals, illumination, and rectangular rapid flashing beacons.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 15, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
