The City of Arvada, Colorado, is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive traffic engineering and transportation management services. Responsibilities will include supporting transportation planning, conducting surveys, preparing CAD drawings, engineering design, developing cost estimates, right-of-way research, and offering construction management in support of the city's transportation staff.
The vendor will deliver engineering services for the design of roadways, bikeways, transit facilities, pedestrian crossings, multimodal paths, sidewalks, and bridge structures. Special emphasis is placed on strong engineering design capabilities for bicycle, pedestrian, and safe street infrastructure, particularly retrofit projects for existing roadways. Transportation design support, structural engineering, and railroad support services are also required.
The contract is set for a one-year period. Prospective vendors must submit their questions by April 15, 2026. A pre-proposal conference will be held on April 9, 2026.
