A vendor is sought to deliver trademark licensing and marketing services in support of collegiate programs in South Dakota. The selected provider will collaborate closely with the agency's director of retail and creative services, within the department of marketing and university relations, to coordinate and execute all elements of the collegiate licensing program.

Proposals should include comprehensive marketing plans, details on information systems, processes for license management, trademark enforcement strategies, breakdowns of costs and fees, and revenue expectations. Additional related services offered by the vendor may also be included. The contract for these services will be awarded for a one-year period. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted by January 12, 2026.
