(1) Vendor needs to provide track and field timing system. 1. Provide timing equipment: electronic timing systems (e.g. photo–finish cameras, timing gates, RFID/bib tag readers) that automatically and precisely capture athletes’ times. 2. Provide data accuracy and reliability. 3. Provide software to organize, display, and publish results, splits, and rankings. 4. The system shall have the capability to connect to scoreboards, event software, and live displays for coaches, athletes, and spectators. 5. Provide support services to include on–site setup, calibration, training, and technical support at meets and competitions. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 24, 2026.
