(1) Vendor needs to provide wide irrigation services to the government authority located in Nantucket, MA.– The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to perform seasonal irrigation system services at various agency–owned properties. This includes spring start–up, mid–season head adjustments, fall winterization, and on–call support for urgent issues. The Agency seeks a contractor to provide seasonal irrigation services at fourteen (14) municipal sites, including beaches, parks, fields, and rotaries. Scope Includes: • Spring Start–Up: Activate the systems, adjust the heads, and set the timers. • Mid–Season: Timer adjustments on non–hydra wise clocks (June–August). • July: Full system check. • Winterization: Shut down and blow out systems; drain down backflow systems where applicable. • On–Call Service: 24/7 availability for irrigation issues; repairs within 48 hours. Pricing Requirements: • Fixed first–hour service rate. • Hourly rate beyond first hour. • Parts billed at cost plus fixed mark up. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 29, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
