A vendor is sought to provide comprehensive tournament event management and labor services in Florida. Responsibilities include securing an event location and appropriate space to host the tournament, as well as supplying necessary tables and chairs for the event director, athletes, and spectators. The vendor will also be responsible for setting up display monitors for bracketing and ensuring clear tournament and wayfinding signage is present throughout the venue.

Additionally, the services require the provision of 2–3 staff members to assist with the overall tournament process, along with supporting athlete check-in operations. The vendor must also arrange for medical and volunteer support, including referees, line judges, and scorekeepers, to ensure the smooth and safe operation of the tournament event.
