A vendor is sought to provide professional tourism photography and videography services in Manitoba. The selected provider will be responsible for delivering a creative brief to establish the overarching tone for both filming and photography itineraries.

Services required include filming and photographing models as well as the surrounding environment, while also supporting and enhancing the overall creative vision for the project. The vendor will present a comprehensive sample gallery of images produced during the shoot for review.

Deliverables include a minimum of 20 final stock video clips, each at least 15 seconds in length and delivered in 4K resolution. These clips should represent the full spectrum of content captured and will be selected by the managing team. Additionally, a 2–5 minute sizzle reel produced from the captured footage, also delivered in 4K, is required.
