(1) Vendor needs to provide tourism marketing support program service. • Advertising/Web – Includes television, radio, print publications, and online marketing such as social media campaigns, email marketing, banner ads, and website updates or enhancements • Trade and Media Engagement – Participation in travel trade shows or travel media events promoting a destination or event, as well as hosting travel trade or media representatives to drive out–of–state visitation in connection with Port facilities. • Event Marketing – Promotion of special events or festivals specifically designed to attract out–of–state visitors in connection with Port facilities. • Performance results of revised or newly created visitor/traveler websites, including user experience and mobile responsiveness (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Feb 24, 2026.
