A marketing and creative agency is sought to develop and implement a two-phase tourism marketing campaign, featuring distinct Spring and Fall initiatives. The goal is to increase the agency’s profile as a travel destination and drive overnight stays in local hotels during off-season periods.
The selected vendor will be responsible for defining target markets and audience segments, substantiated by a rationale aligned with campaign objectives of boosting off-season travel and enhancing destination awareness. The scope includes evaluating current video and photography assets, identifying content gaps, and recommending or creating new media as needed to support the campaign.
Additionally, the vendor will manage all aspects of media buying and campaign setup, including audience targeting, configuring tracking pixels and conversions, establishing retargeting pools, and ensuring brand safety. Each phase of the campaign must work together strategically, offering visually cohesive yet seasonally distinct narratives. The approach should avoid generic tourism cliches and instead focus on thoughtful storytelling, clear audience targeting, and demonstrable strategies to encourage overnight visits. The efficacy of the campaign should be measurable via agreed metrics.
The contract period is one year. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by April 24, 2026.
