This includes identifying target markets and implementing strategies to inform and attract these audiences.

Responsibilities include the creation and implementation of a marketing program that highlights outdoor recreation, civic and county-sponsored festivals, local retail, and distinctive culinary experiences such as wineries and breweries. The vendor will analyze and recommend a range of marketing mediums, including but not limited to print design, website content, billboards, videos, and photography, ensuring accurate placement and completion of scheduled media buys.

Additionally, the vendor will be tasked with devising strategies to maximize the availability of both public and private funds to maintain an ongoing marketing program. This involves identifying potential marketing and advertising partners, developing tactics to generate new funding opportunities, and leveraging these resources to sustain a comprehensive promotional plan for the county.
