Vendor needs to provide title (Saas) name pronunciation software. – Subscription–based software as a service (SaaS) platform for name pronunciation that works seamlessly with the College’s software. – Service must work with the Canvas LMS. – Software should allow users to record their name’s proper pronunciation. – Software should not require any programming to implement. Implementation via LTI tool for Canvas is preferred. – Software must comply with the United States Access Board’s revised standards for Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act WCAG 2.0 AA standards. – Software must comply with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). – Software should be compatible with Microsoft 365 infrastructure.
