The government authority in Kentucky is seeking a vendor to provide Title IV-E claims assistance services for a two-year contract period. The selected vendor will support the claims process by assisting with the preparation and submission of Title IV-E claims, ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations.

Responsibilities include processing expenditure and payment reports, reviewing Children in Placement and eligibility status change reports, and offering both onsite and remote technical assistance related to expenditure and eligibility data. The vendor must also develop and deliver invoice forms and completion instructions to ensure contract requirements are met.

Additionally, services will support evidence-based mental health programs, substance abuse prevention and treatment efforts, in-home parent skill-based programs, and kinship navigator programs. The contractor will provide ongoing technical oversight, activity review, and performance monitoring supporting these child welfare initiatives.
