Summary:
Three-year contract for support and maintenance of Infor Workforce Management timekeeping software for California county employees.
(1) Vendor needs to provide timekeeping support services for Infor workforce management software.– Infor workforce management (WFM) version 2022.01, with an oracle 19¢ standard edition backend and automated timekeeping system (ATKS).– The system is programmed and configured to support two types of worksheets:– The ATKS timesheet is used by most employees who enter aggregate hours worked per day by earning code.– The daily timesheet used by about 1,000 employees at the county’s medical center where employees clock in and clock–out of work and rely on Infor WFM to calculate their timesheet based on the employees assigned schedule and the actual hours worked.– For the services of supporting and maintaining the Infor WFM software for timekeeping.– Infor WFM software troubleshooting is based on tickets entered into contractor’s help deskticketing system, either by end users or as identified by customer project team members.– The management of tickets in the Infor WFM software support portal including entering ticket information, updating status, coordinating deployment and testing fixes with county project team members when fixes are received from Infor WFM software.– Recommend and advise on any database or operating system administration tasks required for theInfor WFM software (e.g., archival of tables, restart of system, patch updates, etc.).(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 17, 2025.
