DESCRIPTION

The Los Angeles County Department of Human Resources (DHR) is soliciting bids for time management training services for SEIU Local 721 represented employees. The program includes approximately 166 training courses, delivered via synchronous live-online and in-person methods. Courses will have 10-15 participants and last 4-8 hours. The contract term is 12 months from the purchase order issue date or until funds are exhausted. The vendor must provide all training materials, technical support for virtual platforms, and maintain a training schedule. Instructors must be based in the United States.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Vendor must have at least three years of experience within the last five years delivering time management training to public sector or comparable large organizations
Every trainer and instructor must have at least three years of training experience within the last five years
All instructors must be physically located within the United States at the time of service delivery
Principal place of business must be a bona fide staffed business location
Must be a registered vendor with the County of Los Angeles
Must provide a certificate of insurance and all required endorsements naming the County of Los Angeles as an additional insured
Must provide three professional references for comparable public sector training engagements
