A Utah agency is seeking a vendor to provide a hosted ticketing system to support a wide range of events including athletic competitions, concerts, fine arts performances, theater productions, and other student events. The desired solution must be a comprehensive box office ticketing software that is vendor-hosted and capable of managing ticket sales both in-person and online.

The platform should offer strong ADA compliance for both administrative and end user interfaces, meeting all federal and state requirements. Key system features include the ability to build and maintain venues and events, centralized online sales with options for organizational filtering, robust ticketing maintenance, and customer-facing sales functionality available via phone, internet, and in-person channels. Additional important capabilities include integrated marketing tools, a financial reporting suite, and support for online complimentary ticket distribution.

Vendors are requested to submit any questions regarding the requirements by December 17, 2025. The awarded contract will span a five-year period.
