(1) Vendor needs to provide ticketing platform. • Provide ticketing platform services in support of the university’s most significant athletic events and ceremonies, when applicable. • Strategic partner, ensuring that all aspects of ticketing services are executed with professionalism, precision, and creativity. • Encompass university athletic events, commencement ceremonies, university–wide productions, and other high–profile events hosted throughout the academic year. • Enhancements to current Ticketing Platform Services coordination requirements, including the structure of service coordination teams, training programs, and the qualifications of service coordinators. • Ensure the system is secure, user–friendly, and capable of supporting online, mobile, and in–person sales. • Digital ticketing functionality such as barcode/quick–response (QR) code scanning, mobile wallet integration, contactless entry, scanning solutions, fraud prevention, and operational components that may be enhanced to improve. • Platform will integrate with existing university systems, support dynamic pricing, promotions, and marketing tools, and deliver robust reporting and analytics related to sales, attendance, and customer trends. • Manual check–in via application tools or online portals accessed from a computer. • Add an unlimited number of venues, including individual rooms or fields within a venue. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Feb 16, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
