(1) Vendor needs to provide ticketing platform. – Ticketing devices should have the ability to scan and purchase tickets during indoor and outdoor events located within municipal buildings and parks. – Ticketing platform to celebration of lights holiday light display, parking lots and community theater performances. – Average ticket scan per night during the week is 300–400 scans a night and weekends of 500–700 tickets per night. – Tickets are open and not date specific for entry for the holiday light display. – Ticket scanning can be used in harsher weather conditions of extreme cold and moisture. – Equipment and software services from a ticketing platform. – Internet capabilities can be limited. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 17, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for two years.
