This includes supplying and supporting all necessary hardware such as computers, printers, scanners, and related peripherals, as well as keeping ticket supply stock available.
Key responsibilities encompass the complete operation of the ticketing system, including installation, maintenance, and ongoing technical support. The system must feature scanners that accommodate multiple ticket formats and provide reliable functionality during events. The vendor will also handle all aspects of financial management, including collecting ticket revenues and associated fees, establishing payment policies for cash, credit, and digital payments, enforcing a clear refund policy, managing the remittance of funds to the agency after deducting authorized charges, and ensuring compliance with municipal financial and consumer protection regulations.
On-site support during events and effective supply management of items such as ticket paper and wristbands are required. The contract for these services will be for a one-year period.
