Vendor needs to provide threax application modernization solution. • Reviewing, recommending, and initiating the migration of college's legacy threax–based .net applications to a modern front–end platform compatible with their .net/azure/canvas environment, aiming to improve maintainability, scalability, and alignment with industry best practices within a budget, with detailed phases covering assessment, platform recommendation, architecture setup, pilot migration, and knowledge transfer. • Conduct a comprehensive review of our current Threax–based application infrastructure • Recommend a modern, industry–standard front–end platform that aligns with our C#/.NET and • Identify and prioritize candidate modules for initial migration • Review the existing Threax application architecture and codebase • Deliver a migration strategy (e.g., strangler fig pattern) with phased roadmap • Stand up a new project scaffold in the selected platform • Configure routing, layout, authentication, and component structure • Establish DevOps pipeline integration for CI/CD to Azure • Connect to existing APIs or back–end logic where appropriate • Offer strong developer community and long–term viability • Support component–based SPA development • Integrate naturally with .NET back ends and Azure DevOps.
