Wichita Falls Independent School District (WFISD) is seeking a comprehensive, fully integrated virtual instruction solution to launch a program in the Fall of 2027. The program will initially serve an estimated 50 to 150 students in grades 9 through 12, offering 4 to 8 courses online. The solution must include online digital curriculum, a technology platform/LMS, qualified Texas-certified teachers of record, instruction, assessment, grading, student progress monitoring, student and instructional support, data/administrative reporting, and implementation/training services. The program will offer year-long credits broken into traditional semesters.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Must provide a comprehensive, fully integrated virtual instruction solution including curriculum, LMS, and support
  • Must provide qualified, Texas-certified teachers of record for all courses
  • Must be able to integrate with Skyward 2.0 for attendance and grade reporting
  • Must comply with Texas state laws (SB569, TEC 30B)
  • Must maintain insurance meeting Wichita Falls ISD requirements
