(1) Vendor needs to provide third party risk management and contract life cycle management platform– Agency is seeking an integrated third–party risk management and contract lifecycle management platform to automate and enhance its current practices– Third–party risk management (TPRM): Agency has established a comprehensive review process for procuring digital services, which includes software, hardware, and other services• Agency seeks responses from all interested vendors through printed materials or digital format describing the third–party risk management and contract lifecycle management solutions available and implementation timelines. Please include information about your product’s ability to:– Create, manage, and customize approval workflows to multiple approval teams in tandem.– Creation and management of questionnaires for internal requests for software/vendor approval with conditional questions.– Creation and management of questionnaires with conditional questions for vendor information that can be sent to vendors, manually and automatically based on various factors, including but not limited to date, status change, etc.– Vendor portal to review previous submissions for domain.– Ability to track and report on all answers to approval forms, vendor questionnaires, and vendor requests.– Access to a view of all approved software/vendors for users to search, including filters.– Admin dashboard to review status of all software/vendors in the review process and its progress.– Ability to create and manage vendor risk scores within the platform.– Support of contracts and agreements with and without District templates, including ability to utilize a contract clause library– Track changes and versions of agreements, including the ability to generate agreements from a standard template and user input.
