DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide third party claims administration services to support a self-insured on-the-job injury program. Responsibilities include processing and paying on-the-job injury claims received by county risk management and conducting investigations for each qualified claim.

Vendors must offer and utilize an information system with online access, allowing the county risk management team, key stakeholders, and designated personnel to view and interact with claims data. The required platform should feature customizable options and be capable of tracking a comprehensive record of key activities as each case progresses. The contract will be for a period of one year.
