The contracting entity seeks a provider for third party administrator (TPA) services covering health, dental, and life insurance plans. The selected vendor will be responsible for comprehensive claims administration, customer service, reporting, and other key professional services. Duties include making policy decisions related to group insurance plans, such as determining member benefits, setting premium rates, and managing premium investments.

The vendor must handle processing of eligible claims, including those incurred prior to the contract effective date and those that remain open for appeal, audit, adjustment, or reconsideration. Additional services required include utilization management and collaboration on strategic planning to deliver high-efficiency, competitively priced, and customized insurance benefits for a defined population. The contractor will provide operational and administrative support for Health Choice health, dental, and life plans.

Contract duration is one year. Vendors must submit at least three business references from non-affiliated clients with relevant service experience. All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by March 18, 2026.
