The vendor will provide comprehensive third-party administration services for automobile liability and vehicle physical damage claims under a three-year contract. Responsibilities will cover the full claims lifecycle, including 24-hour loss reporting and intake, prompt and thorough investigations, liability analysis, vehicle damage appraisals, reserve establishment and management, settlement negotiations, and subrogation recovery efforts.
