Vendor needs to provide theatre arts, drama and acting services. The services will serve participants (incarcerated youth from underserved populations) and focus on foundational acting and drama skills. The training should foster creativity, communication, collaboration, and positive personal development through structured artistic expression. Provide teaching instructor(s) to coach and mentor the youth/young adults in a theatre arts/drama/acting service which may incorporate music and/or dance as part of theatrical productions. One to two rehearsal sessions per week. Rehearsal sessions to be approximately one to two hours each. Each cohort shall conclude with a 30–45 minute theatre performance or staged showcase presented to peers, staff and/or invited family members. Through active participation, youth/young adults will be exposed to Theatre Arts/Drama/Acting and be given a creative outlet to learn new life skills. All the questions must be submitted no later than March 12, 2026. A non-mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on February 26, 2026.
