The City seeks a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive range of graphic design services specifically tailored for theatre and museum purposes. The selected firm will be responsible for developing and designing various graphic content and communication materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, social media graphics, promotional art, signage, web graphics, logo designs, photo editing and manipulation, booklet layouts, posters, and display materials for public presentations, events, websites, social media platforms, and other digital media.
In addition to static design work, the vendor will be expected to deliver videography, editing, and special effects services for video projects. The scope of services also includes creating layouts and graphics required for the City's magazine, such as advertisements for city events and programs. Coordination with production companies and external sources to acquire or integrate design assets may be required.
The anticipated workload is 40 to 80 hours of design services per month. The initial contract will be for a one-year period. All clarifying questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted by March 26, 2026.
