The state of New York is seeking a vendor to provide licenses and support for Nuance Vocalizer text-to-speech (TTS) software. This procurement includes Nuance Vocalizer for Network TTS—English, with per-port licensing for 53 ports, as well as additional language pack licenses for the same capacity.
