(1) Vendor needs to provide test automation solution.– Agency is seeking a solution to implement an end–to–end test automation framework for Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations, D365 eCommerce, Power Pages (B2B vendor portal), and Commerce POS– The solution must support automated test scenarios across multiple platforms, provide reusable test assets, integrate with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, deliver comprehensive reporting and analytics, and enable knowledge transfer for both technical and business users.• Solution Capabilities and Implementation Requirements– Support for automating D365 F&O, eCommerce, Power Pages, and Commerce POS, with typical test scenario examples– Low-code/no-code capabilities for non-technical users, including visual modeling, drag-and-drop, or recording interfaces– Integration with Azure DevOps pipelines: triggering tests, publishing results, creating work items, and maintaining traceability– Step-level logs, screenshots, videos, and performance metrics.– Consolidated reporting for multi-platform scenarios– Confirmation of cloud-based hosting with Canadian data residency for all customer data.– Compliance with Canadian privacy, security, and data residency standards.– Disclosure of subcontractors, third-party services, or dependencies, and their compliance with Canadian residency requirements– Identify all information and prerequisites required before onboarding to ensure a smooth implementation(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 9, 2025(3) The contract period will be for two years.
