(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary office courtroom renovation service to the government authority located in Frankfort, KY.– The Agency seeks a general contractor to furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools, services, etc. necessary for a renovation of the lobby and courtroom– This project consists of renovation of the lobby and hearing room along with adjacent offices.– The trades involved include, but are not limited to, the following:– Demolition; metals; wood, plastics, and composites; thermal and moisture protection; openings; finishes signage; fire suppression; HVAC; building automation system; and communication (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 15, 2026 (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on January 7, 2026
