Seeking a vendor for a cloud-based telephony and contact centre solution to replace existing systems and support multisite operations in the UK.
(1) Vendor needs to provide telephony solution with integrated Contact Centre capabilities.– Modern, cloud–based communications platform that improves functionality, reduces cost, and ensures long–term compatibility with future systems.– Replacement of the existing Mitel telephony and contact centre systems– Migration to a fully cloud–based telephony platform– Provision of call recording, call reporting, and basic call centre functionality for all users– Integration with business systems (Rubixx & Microsoft)– Support for multisite operations– Ongoing support, maintenance, and business continuity services– Provision of device options (handsets/headsets) for users requiring physical equipment.– Multi‑Entity Reporting and Billing– Softphone, desk phone, and mobile app options(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 12, 2026.
