The State of Florida is seeking qualified vendors to provide, implement, and support comprehensive telephone systems. The project scope includes supplying telephone system components, repair parts, cables, and related hardware and software. Vendors are expected to address all service requirements and specifications in detail, following the prescribed organization and numbering in their proposals.
Key technical requirements include the provision and support of Microsoft and Linux-based application servers, HPE switches, and VMware-based application implementation. Systems in use include Norstar platforms with CallPilot Voicemail, BCM systems, and Avaya IP Office for integrated VoIP capabilities. Additional components involve Valcom VE6090 servers, the programming and connectivity of IP-based devices, CallPilot 100/150 voicemail systems, and Norstar MICS 0x32 systems with licensing considerations.
This is an opportunity for experienced telecommunications vendors with expertise in both traditional and IP-based telephone infrastructures, voicemail solutions, and enterprise networking equipment.
