Telematic Asset Tracking Services and Equipment Supplies

The procuring organization seeks a vendor to provide telematic asset tracking services and related equipment supplies. The solution must support real-time automated tracking, monitoring, and reporting of vehicle usage, maintenance, location, and fuel consumption.

In-vehicle hardware and related equipment must withstand applicable environmental and operating conditions, including vibration, temperature, dust, tampering, water, salt, and brine. The solution must detect equipment malfunctions and potential tampering, generate alerts, and allow authorized users to configure GPS and telematics data collection settings remotely without physical access to installed devices.

The hosted telematics solution must include hardware and equipment options, connectivity, backend systems, reporting, administration, security, backup, recovery, and business continuity. Its interactive user interface must support map navigation and vehicle selection functions, be accessible from internal and off-site networks, and display location information on supported mobile devices. The system must support current and immediately preceding major versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, and Apple Safari, and provide customer-managed role-based access controls, least-privilege permissions, separation of duties, organizational hierarchies, and restrictions by customer, business unit, fleet, asset, function, and data type. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for August 17, 2026, and questions are due by August 24, 2026.
