Vendor needs to provide telecommunications consultant service. The communications consultant shall be reliable and knowledgeable in performing application and other consultant related tasks on behalf of the agency in connection with 5G, cellular and other telecommunications matter. The Communications Consultant shall undertake the necessary analyses, applications and related activities to accomplish the following activities: Management and implementation of all applications for cell and wireless Internet sites submitted to the Agency; Coordination for the selection of all decorative poles, lights, kiosk, etc., as well as the coordination of applicable sites to be installed and used for the transmission of the above services within the Agency; Pursuant to the Agency’s zoning and land use regulatory standards, provide professional guidance to the Agency to create a uniform standard for the future installation and creation of cell and wireless Internet sites.
