(1) Vendor needs to provide tee time integration service.– Agency is seeking proposals from qualified providers of a leading golf technology platform to optimize tee time utilization, reduce no–shows, and increase revenue through automated booking and communication tools– The required solution must be a Course Solution encompassing a platform and Admin Portal, integrating seamlessly with the agency’s existing tee sheet systems• Minimum Required Features– An automated tee time waitlist system that alerts golfers via text and email when preferred tee times become available due to cancellations or new releases– The system must allow golfers to set specific preferences (dates, times, number of players) and opt for recurring searches.– An automated communication tool, specifically a Confirm Tool, that sends reminders to golfers via text or email, prompting them to confirm, cancel, or modify their reservations– The tool must ensure that cancelled slots become immediately available for rebooking and allow for the application of existing cancellation policies within the system– The platform must provide business intelligence tools with real–time insights into booking patterns, golfer behavior, and demand trends to assist with informed operational decisions.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 2, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
