The organization is seeking a vendor to provide technology strategy services focused on developing an enterprise-wide technology strategy and an actionable roadmap to guide technology, digital, data, infrastructure, and AI investment and execution over the next ten years. The strategy must be capabilities-based, outcome-driven, and financially sound while preserving flexibility and strong governance to adapt to evolving regulatory and technology landscapes.
The selected partner will be expected to integrate AI, digital, infrastructure, and cybersecurity as foundational pillars in the plan, ensuring alignment with 'facilities of the future' concepts and supporting both physical and virtual care experiences. Key areas include digital-first and AI-ready facility design, infrastructure and platform requirements across network, cloud, edge, data, device integration, and cybersecurity, as well as AI use cases such as patient flow, predictive maintenance, and operational automation. The strategy should also detail workforce enablement through technology and facility design.
Additionally, the vendor will develop an AI, digital, and data strategy aligned with organizational priorities, create comprehensive governance frameworks to ensure technology and digital oversight, and propose approaches for investment prioritization and portfolio management. Special emphasis is placed on ethical AI use, transparency, bias mitigation, and seamless integration of AI into everyday workflows.
Best-fit vendors:
• Proven experience in large-scale technology strategy and digital transformation
• Expertise in AI, digital health, infrastructure, and technology governance
• Successful track record with public sector or healthcare organizations
• Strong capabilities in developing enterprise-wide roadmaps and governance models
• Experience in ethical AI implementation and regulatory compliance
