The organization is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive portfolio of software products, cloud services, and related value-added services and support. The scope includes, but is not limited to, content management software, data management solutions, ERP/financial/HR cloud software, industry-specific cloud applications, and productivity and collaboration tools.

Additionally, the required portfolio encompasses artificial intelligence platforms (including generative AI, machine learning, AI-enabled applications, automation tools, and other emerging intelligent technologies), systems software (such as operating systems, virtualization, and infrastructure software), cybersecurity, web accessibility solutions, and other associated software, subscriptions, maintenance, support, and licensing models.

Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by March 9, 2026. The contract period will last for one year, and a pre-bid meeting is scheduled for February 26, 2026.
