A government authority in Colorado is seeking vendors to provide technology managed and strategic IT partnership services. The scope of work includes strategic and governance services at a vCIO level, such as developing multi-year IT roadmaps, budget forecasting, policy advisement, E-Rate program support, vendor coordination, and cybersecurity planning.

Infrastructure and systems management will involve network administration, cloud and server management, identity and access management, backup and disaster recovery, patch management, and CIPA-compliant content filtering. Vendors are required to maintain 24/7 security monitoring, endpoint detection and response, vulnerability scanning and enforcement, conduct annual risk assessments, and deliver documented incident response procedures.

Additionally, endpoint and device management responsibilities encompass asset inventory, provisioning and lifecycle tracking, administration, and endpoint protection. The contract period is for one year, and all questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by March 4, 2026.
