(1) Vendor needs to provide technology–based solution to enhance treatment engagement, accountability, adherence, and retention. – Provide an existing technology–based solution (Solution) that enhances treatment engagement, accountability, adherence, and retention for individuals. – Securely receives, stores, uses, transmits, manages, monitors, tracks, processes, analyzes, and reports REP data. – Is user–friendly, responsive, and scalable on different screen sizes; is compatible on different operating systems and web browsers; is accessible and adaptive for users with different abilities and has clear structure, navigation, and page names. – The selected Vendor must deliver, configure, integrate, support and otherwise provide and make fully operational the Solution and any applicable software, on or prior to the applicable Milestone Date. – A mobile application, as part of the Solution, is preferred but not required. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 19, 2025.
